Are you a HLTA who is passionate about making a difference in children's education? Do you have the skills and experience to support pupils as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school in Hipperholme.
As an HLTA, you will:
1. Lead learning activities across a range of subjects and year groups
2. Support pupils with varying needs to achieve their full potential
3. Work closely with teachers to plan, deliver and assess learning
4. Provide targeted interventions and small group support
5. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including pastoral care
What We’re Looking For
6. HLTA status or equivalent qualification
7. Proven experience working in a primary school setting
8. Strong communication and organisational skills
9. A nurturing approach and commitment to inclusive education
