Overview
Community Insight & Intelligence Officer – Healthwatch Stoke-on-Trent. Home-based with frequent travel throughout Stoke-on-Trent. Working hours: full-time, 37 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends. 12 months fixed-term contract. Salary: £24,150 per annum.
Responsibilities
* Meet people from all demographics in the City of Stoke-on-Trent to understand experiences of health and social care.
* Organise and deliver a programme of activities to gather community insights and voices, particularly from groups experiencing health inequalities.
* Support effective community and stakeholder outreach and engagement to secure involvement and participation from all groups.
* Collaborate with external organisations and partners; maintain excellent communication and time management skills.
* Utilise a variety of social media platforms to share relevant information, provide guidance, and issue regular calls for information and service-user experiences across communities.
* Be flexible, adaptive, and motivated to enable all community members to share experiences on health and social care issues related to quality, experience, and outcomes of treatment and care.
* Language skills are desirable to ensure effective communication with diverse communities.
