Are you an outstanding Nurse with a passion for delivering high quality care? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Manager who’s passionate about helping people with a range of complex mental health needs to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Woking and Woking Lodge.
You will be joining our team on a full‑time, 40 hours per week basis. Please note this role carries the responsibility of on‑call duties in support of the Hospital Manager.

Responsibilities
- Ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is provided.
- Co‑ordinate all clinical aspects of the hospital and ensure cooperation between clinicians.
- Know and implement all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.
- Update legal documentation in consultation with other colleagues in accordance with company guidelines, NMC guidelines, legislation and current research.
- Support staff in delivering a high standard of care through regular appraisals, training and development of evidence‑based practice.
- Be fully up to date with all statutory law and compliance requirements.
- Work closely with the Hospital Manager to resolve concerns and provide cohesive leadership.
- Act as required by the Hospital Manager.
Qualifications
- An experienced RMN/RNLD with a valid NIC number and at least four years’ nursing experience.
- Currently working as a Clinical Manager or Ward Manager, or have significant experience in a senior nursing role.
- Strong leadership and clinical skills, as well as compliance and regulatory knowledge.
- Excellent relationship manager with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in an acute, rehabilitation, mental health or forensic psychiatry setting.
- Evidence of functioning in a supervisory role as a clinician within a multi‑disciplinary team.
