TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit a talented Quantity Surveyor to support continued growth across the business Why Join Us? ✅ Competitive salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum ✅ Company car allowance ✅ 30 days paid holiday including bank holidays ✅ Company pension scheme Role Responsibilities: Design and build experience with JCT contract knowledge Commercially run your own projects with the ability to solve problems and bring them back on track Produce take off quantities and a schedule of works Devise subcontract tenders, finalise contracts and chair subcontractor meetings Produce Cost value reports and identify any failings offering solutions to any issues and actins in place to bring them in line Provide input into design meetings Site based role (Yorkshire / North Notts Region) overseeing a project circa £10 million with office visits required I the Midlands.
