My client, a global leader in power and propulsion solutions, is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their Customer Contracting Team within the supply chain function. Location: Derby/Hybrid (3 days on-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: You will draft, negotiate, and amend new and transitioning business contracts, supporting Sales with commercial input on service structures, warranties, and guarantees. You’ll assess commercial risks, instruct teams on contract obligations, and manage handover to regional customer teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales process by analysing commercial structures and competitive advantages. Draft and negotiate proposals and contracts in line with company processes. Assess and manage commercial risks and liabilities. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth contract handover. Who We’re Looking For: Degree or equivalent qualification.
