Key Skills
* MRICS qualified and a RICS registered valuer
* Broad range of valuations experience
* Insurance valuation experience is a benefit but not essential
* Independent working
Scope of the role
* Reinstatement Cost Assessments for insurance purposes (RCAs) across all sectors including stadiums, hotels, refineries, schools, chemical plants
* Full scope of the valuation from inspection to report
* Head office in London with occasional travel to the office (once a month)
