A day in the life of…

As Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll ensure guests have a positive, first-class dining experience. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments. You’ll maintain a clean and organized dining area, restock supplies, and assist with food preparation as needed, working flexibly to support the wider team. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential, with a focus on Aimbridge’s four pillars: People, Product, Guest, Performance.

What do we need from you?

* Experience in Food and Beverage isn't essential but a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and adherence to brand standards is important.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests professionally and warmly.
* Ability to work well in a team, supporting colleagues across the hotel.
* Attention to detail and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
