What you will do
As our Technical Trainer you will be responsible for identifying the current and future skills requirements of the CSC, creating flexible learning interventions (through digital and other means) to meet the diverse needs of the business.
With a focus on empowering employees' growth and developing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities to drive better business performance.
How you will do it
* Proactively lead new learning initiatives to support the L&D strategy, from concept and needs analysis through to delivery and evaluation of the impact of learning to the business.
* Design, develop and deliver training programmes, including content creation, curriculum design, and instructional materials.
* Complete post learning programme evaluation on key training delivered in the business to ensure that training is effective and meets the training objectives.
* Design, develop and deliver new starter induction programmes including content creation, curriculum design, and instructional materials.
* Assist in organizing the L&D schedule, prioritizing new colleague induction training, and adapting to evolving business needs.
What we look for
* Exceptional facilitation skills both in person and online
* Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align training programs with business needs
* Proven experience as a Learning and Development Trainer or similar role.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on delivering results
* Proven experience in an L&D department with a focus on technical training, preferably within a call centre environment
