Working Hours/Pattern: 37 hours, between Monday to Sunday, mixture of earlies, days and late shifts
Salary: £24,413 per annum, £12.26 per hour + Excellent Benefits

To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a Health and Fitness Coach to join our team.
Responsibilities
* The purpose of the role will be to inspire our members to achieve their goals, deliver Group Fitness, Small Group Training sessions and have the opportunity to deliver Personal Training sessions.
* Coach members on effective outlined Health & Fitness programmes appropriate to their needs and advise on the safe use of exercise equipment.
* Help create a community orientated environment, building clubs within clubs and always deliver excellent customer service.
* Engage in a high level of customer interaction and assist other members of staff as required.
* Facilitate a safe, fun, and professional working environment with development opportunities and membership benefits.
About you / Requirements
* Level 2 Fitness Instruction (essential) to be considered for this role, with active progression towards Level 3 Advanced Instructor qualification.
* Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification would be desirable.
* Good standard of personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills.
* Experience or interest in the leisure industry is beneficial but not essential.
