Customer Sales Advisor - No experience (Immediate starts available)

Our Warrington-based client is currently seeking ambitious customer sales assistants to join their busy office due to increased client demand. Following a strong start to the year, they are looking to continue their expansion and have new roles available within their dynamic team in sales and customer service.
If you’re a motivated individual with strong communication skills, full-time availability, and a desire to grow in a sales and customer service environment, our client invites you to apply.
* Possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

* Have strong English speaking and writing skills, essential for clear communication with customers and our client.

They provide coaching for all applicants and mentorship in client and customer interaction, so lack of prior experience is not a disadvantage. Comprehensive product training and sales coaching will be provided.
Our client offers a flexible schedule, along with financial bonuses and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and target achievement.
Even though no experience is needed, candidates with experience as Sales Representatives, Bar Staff and Managers, Retail Assistants, Retail Managers, Salon workers, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Front of House, Hospitality, and Administrators—who possess high levels of Customer Service and a strong work ethic—tend to excel in this role.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school, college, university) due to availability. The client is seeking candidates who can work 5 full days per week.
