Supporting a large, multi-site workforce of around 5,000 users, their Technology Services team plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. The Role As a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, youll take on a senior technical position, acting as the escalation point for complex issues while playing a key role in driving continuous improvement across the IT landscape. This is a varied role balancing hands-on troubleshooting with project involvement and system optimisation. Youll also work closely with stakeholders across the business, translating technical challenges into clear, actionable insights.
