Responsibilities
* you will support leading the shifts, and the kitchen team while ensuring every bowl is something to be proud of
* work closely with the management team to run a vibrant and high-performing kitchen
* maintain food quality and kitchen vibes at a high standard
* nurture and develop your team, helping them feel seen, supported, and proud of their work
* support the team to grow and continuously improve operations with a kaizen mindset

* ability to manage the line, plan shifts for adequate cover, and coach on the go
* understanding of kitchen food safety standards and awareness of financial performance including gross profit, stock control and labour cost
