We are looking for an experienced Scheme Manager to deliver high quality housing and support services for tenants within the associations over 55s housing schemes

Key Responsibilities
* Provide consistent, professional support to tenants, ensuring their wellbeing is regularly monitored.
* Welcome and induct new tenants, providing clear information about facilities and services, and ensuring tenants and their families understand the Scheme Manager’s role.
* Conduct daily visual Health & Safety inspections, weekly checks, and quarterly community alarm equipment audits.
* Manage complaints in line with the association’s standards and procedures, taking collective responsibility for resolving service shortfalls.
* Promote and adhere to Arawak Walton’s policies, with particular attention to equality, diversity & inclusion, health & safety, and data protection.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience and understanding of the needs of older people.
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ or CSHS.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements in sheltered housing schemes.
* Experience in providing housing-related support and working with external agencies.
* Strong IT skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to respond quickly to service demands.
