Apply Online Key Care Manager Responsibilities Responsibilities The role of a care manager includes a wide variety of responsibilities to ensure our residents’ comfort and safety, as well as supporting teams to grow and deliver excellent care. Some key duties include (but are not limited to): Overseeing and managing the care team to ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care. Developing, implementing, and monitoring care plans to meet residents’ individual needs. Leading, mentoring, and supporting team members to maintain high morale and professional development. Ensuring compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations and internal Lilian Faithfull Care policies. Managing administrative duties, including staffing rotas, performance reviews, and care documentation. Engaging with residents’ families and external health professionals to ensure holistic care. Essential Required Skills & Qualifications Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards it).
