About the School
Oakley School is an all-through school on the edge of South Leamington in Warwickshire. We welcomed our first Year 7 cohort in September 2023 and the first Reception cohort in September 2024; we continue to welcome a new group every year until the school is complete up to Year 11.

Role Overview
We are seeking an inspiring and innovative Specialist Teacher to join our all-through school at Oakley, working primarily with KS3 pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans. This role is designed to meet the needs of our high SEN population and to further develop inclusive practice across the school.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils’ learning, wellbeing and successful access to mainstream classrooms; work closely with subject teachers, support staff, families and external professionals.
* Plan and deliver curriculum and targeted interventions, providing expert guidance.
* Shape adaptive strategies that enable pupils with additional needs to thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications and Attributes
Candidate should possess high expectations for all learners, a strong understanding of SEN, and a commitment to inclusive education.
The successful candidate will be a highly collaborative professional, confident in building positive relationships and contributing to an innovative, solution-focused team.
