Your new role
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Support with classroom management and preparation of resources
What you'll need to succeed
* A passion for working with children and supporting their development
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Teaching Assistance (preferred) - however, unqualified candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
