Key Responsibilities
* Managing a broad range of Employee Relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance management
* Acting as a trusted advisor to managers, providing clear and practical HR guidance
* Supporting the development and delivery of training initiatives
* Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures
* Managing and responding to the HR inbox/mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate advice
* Supporting general HR administration including contracts, letters and employee documentation
* Supporting the HR Lead and HR Director with various projects and initiatives
About You
* Proven experience in a generalist HR role with strong, hands‑on ER exposure
* Confident managing ER cases independently and comfortable advising managers
* A genuine interest in and enjoyment of Employee Relations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* CIPD qualified or working towards qualification (desirable)
* Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment
