Your Role & Responsibilities
Youll take full ownership of care packages and lead by example, ensuring services are safe, compliant, and person-centred at all times. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Completing comprehensive risk assessments and developing high-quality, tailored care plans.
* Providing effective supervision, coaching, and appraisals to support workers, embedding accountability and professional standards.
* Monitoring and reviewing care packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high standards in daily documentation.
* Building strong, professional relationships with clients, families, staff teams, and multi-disciplinary professionals.
* Managing rotas and staffing levels to ensure reliable, safe, and responsive service delivery.
* Making confident decisions in fast-paced situations while maintaining quality and compliance.
