Responsibilities include:
* Administer and optimise the Salesforce platform to support merchant acquisition and engagement
* Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to improve data quality and automate processes
* Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions
* Manage user roles, permissions, and platform security to ensure data integrity
* Moderate Kingfisher's relationship with our Salesforce Partner agency to ensure customisations and integrations are implemented smoothly and effectively
* Support the development of Community Cloud-backed Merchant Hubs across banner
* Monitor and improve CRM performance through sprint-based delivery and feedback loops.
Requirements:
* Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, workflows, data management, security and reporting
* Technical CRM/Salesforce role, ideally within marketplaces or retail.
* Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning products (Sales, Service and CRM Analytics)
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver in agile sprint cycles.
* Demonstrates a strong bias for action—proactively identifies opportunities to improve CRM processes, takes ownership of tasks from start to finish, and thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
