Production Operative - Belfast
£15.33 per hour | Rotating Shifts | Full-Time
Are you an experienced Production Operative/ Warehouse Operative looking for a stable role with consistent hours and competitive pay?
Ashton Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Belfast.
This role involves working within a fast-paced production setting, supporting daily operations and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
Duties will include:
* Weighing ingredients and assembling pallets of bags
* Ripping and tipping bags on production lines
* Operating basic machinery and tools
* Carrying out visual checks, weight checks and quality controls
* Cleaning equipment and maintaining a tidy work area
* Working closely with team members and supervisors
* Following all health & safety procedures and reporting hazards
* Supporting production across rotating shift patterns

Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm
Week 2: Monday - Thursday: 1:30pm - 11:30pm
Pay Rate: £15.33 per hour
Essential Criteria
* Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment
* Good understanding of English (health & safety essential)
* Ability to work rotating shifts including early starts and late finishes
* Previous experience handling ingredients or working in a production setting
Desirable Criteria
* Health & Safety certification
* Experience working with feed, ingredients, or manufacturing materials
