Role Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to support the Head of Marketing in development of brand awareness and demand generation.

This role requires someone who is up for a challenge, committed to being a team player and prepared to work hard within a small but high-performing team.
The role can be primarily based at either our Basildon or London office, depending on your location, although occasional travel between both sites will be required.
What you’ll be doing:
* Work with the rest of the marketing team (including partners and freelancers etc), the sales team and the wider business to create content including blogs, videos, case studies, social media content and whitepapers.
* Creative assets: create and design creative assets, from social media posts and email signature banners to whitepapers and one-pagers.
* Manage website content, including uploading and updating blogs, case studies and service pages.
* Provide regular updates and reports to the relevant internal stakeholders.
* Evaluate projects/campaigns on agreed KPIs/objectives and make recommendations to Head of Marketing for future improvements and provide actionable insights.
* Maintain and evolve the Arc brand identity, ensuring consistent application across all platforms. Act as brand custodian internally and externally, ensuring high-quality messaging and creative.
* Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows.
* Help to organise and run in-person and virtual events (both owned events and as a partner).
What we’re looking for:
Required:
* Previous marketing experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, or similar.
* Copywriting, editing and/or optimising content, including written or creative skills (top applicants will have both!)
* Proactive, ambitious, curious, and confident character, with the ability to see the bigger picture and use initiative.
* Fantastic communication skills, with a good attention to detail.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with the UK MSP and IT channel landscape would be a huge advantage.
* Prior experience of video content creation.
* Previous experience of CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and analytical tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager would be beneficial.
* An understanding and experience of working to SEO best practices.
* Experience running SEO/SEM marketing campaigns with proven ROI would be highly beneficial.
* Experience of LinkedIn, including both paid and organic campaigns.
* Professional marketing qualification, such as CIM.
