Digital Database Archivist – Games Workshop
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Database Archivist to join our archiving team to organise and migrate all digital assets into a structured deep storage archive.
About the Role
* Design, implement, and maintain a deep storage architecture to permanently archive all Games Workshop digital assets to a recognised industry standard.
* Provide monthly progress reports on project plans to the IP Archiving & Digital Asset Manager.
* Collaborate closely with the archiving department and wider teams to ensure cross‑platform organisation and accurate catalogue of all IP data.
* Liaise with third‑party companies to migrate historical digital IP data assets from existing solid‑state media into a centralised location.
Qualifications & Experience
* Deep passion for Games Workshop IP and previous experience in extensive data handling, digital conservation or data architecture.
* Strong organisational and categorisation skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively and uphold values of honesty, humility and courage.

* 33 days holiday per year (incl. public holidays)
