We look for certain qualities in our Support Workers, including:
* good communication skills (verbal and written)
* patience, confidence, and enthusiasm for caring for others
* the ability to use your own initiative
* the ability to work as part of a team
* flexibility to work a varied shift pattern to provide 24-hour support
* sharing our AFG values
We don’t require any prior training or experience in care, as full training will be provided. You just need a willingness to learn and develop.
Your pay will be £12.60 per hour for all worked hours. As a ‘value-based’ employer, we care about the people we support and seek like-minded individuals to join our AFG family.

Our shift patterns include flexible shifts, which may include days, waking nights, sleep-ins, and weekends.
