We are seeking an experienced Part-Time HR Advisor for an opportunity in Winchester, Hampshire to start ASAP
Working as part of a busy operational HR team, you will assist with the provision of aprehensive HR Service to managers and employees.
1. You will be focused on handling a variety of employer relations casework including sickness, absence, probation, AWOL, misconduct, performance, capability and grievances.
2. You will be coaching managers with all aspects of HR & Employment law advice, supporting them with processes and manager capability.
3. You will also provide training to managers on the ER process.
4. Recruitment will also be a part of the role, supporting managers with interviews and selection processes.
Candidates
5. Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR Professional with a CIPD qualification.
6. Experienced in managing employer relations cases including sickness, absence, performance, grievances and more..
7. HR generalist, including recruitment, is an ideal background.
8. CIPD Level 5 qualification
Offer
9. 5-6 months contract on a fixed-term contract basis or possibly via Hays on a temporary contract - TBC
10. 3 days per week - hours
11. 50% hybrid = 1 day one week, 2 days the next week on site in Winchester.
