We are currently working on behalf of a housing association to recruit for an Income Assistant. The role will be supporting the income manager covering a range of administrative duties.
Responsibilities of the Income Assistant:
Supporting the Income Team
Organising, producing and sending out letters surrounding rent accounts
Issuing rent reminders
Responding to internal and external customer queries
Handling all administrative duties
Requirements of the Income Assistant:
Strong administrative background
Ability to utilise computers
Strong literacy and customer service skills
