As part of an exciting new approach to working in neighbourhoods, we have a brilliant role available with our partners at Crisis. This position will play a pivotal role in developing place-based, preventative and person-centred support in Harlesden. We're looking for innovative individuals who are passionate about supporting residents and can bring together partners from the public and voluntary sectors to lead systems change.
About the role:
The Neighbourhood Team Programme Lead will be responsible for coordinating the Harlesden Neighbourhood Team, bringing together a wide range of professionals from across the Council, Crisis, NHS and key voluntary sector partners to implement a new, place-based vision for collaborative neighbourhood working. This role will help us shift from traditional, transactional approaches towards more sustained, relational working alongside residents who may be at risk.

We're looking for someone with:
* Proven experience leading system change through collaboration and partnership working
* Strong project management and organisational skills in complex, multi-agency environments
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bring diverse stakeholders together
* Experience or understanding of homelessness, housing, adult social care, health, criminal justice or related fields
* Ability to use data and insight to inform decisions and drive service improvements
* Commitment to Crisis' purpose and values and Brent Council's values
