Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to the HR team
Updating staff records
Assisting with monthly payroll
Dealing with queries
Front of house reception
Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering the telephone
Responding to emails
Issuing visitor passes
Booking meeting rooms
