Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Grade/Scale: Support Pay Scale
Contract: 37 hours per week, term time only
Role Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with good knowledge of ICT packages and financial procedures. Reporting to the School Business Manager at Elmsleigh Infant & Nursery School, the ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business and Administration, be keen to learn and able to support existing staff in our busy office. School office experience would be desirable although not essential.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support in the school office and assist with financial procedures.
* Support the School Business Manager and existing staff in a busy office environment.
* Utilise ICT packages to manage routine administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Business and Administration (or willingness to work towards).
* Keen to learn and able to support staff in a busy school office.
* School office experience would be desirable but is not essential.
