TEP’s Land and Estates Management team is growing and we’re seeking experienced estates and property managers to join our offices in Warrington, Gateshead and Market Harborough.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-looking team whose diverse skillset spans landscape, habitat and property management. The role will have a strong focus on the management of Homes England’s estate, including property, facilities and the environment.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in land and estates management, and excellent communication skills. In return, we offer flexible working, mentoring, and the chance to develop your career within a supportive, and growing multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the management of Homes England’s estate including property, facilities and the environment.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across offices in Warrington, Gateshead and Market Harborough.
* Provide effective communication and stakeholder engagement to support estate management activities.
Qualifications
* Strong background in land and estates management.
* Excellent communication skills.
