Role & Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of tenders, budgets, and cost plans

Carry out accurate cost management on live projects from procurement to final account
*
Prepare valuations, variations, and CVRs with support from Senior QS or Commercial Manager
*
Engage with subcontractors and suppliers, issuing orders and reviewing performance
*
Conduct site visits and work closely with site managers and clients to monitor project progress
*
Ensure compliance with contracts and commercial controls
What We’re Looking For:

1–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
