HR Advisor Location: North West Hybrid with travel around Southport, Bootle, Bolton, Bury, Oldham - and any other services in the Group ad hoc. Our HR Operations team plays a vital role in helping leaders and managers make the best decisions for their people. We're now looking for a proactive and skilled HR Advisor to join us and make a real difference. The Role As an HR Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for operational HR support across a defined client group. You'll provide practical advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and organisational change. You'll also play an important part in embedding our People Strategy, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and helping to shape a positive, high-performing culture across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HR advice, coaching and support to managers. Advise on all areas of the employee lifecycle, including contracts, capability, absence, employee relations, retention, redeployment, and redundancy. Escalate complex or high-risk cases where appropriate. Support leaders to anticipate and plan for workforce needs. Keep up to date with employment law and HR best practice, recommending improvements where needed. Contribute to the delivery of projects within the People Services Delivery Plan. Deputise for colleagues or the Group HR Manager when required. About You We're looking for someone with: Previous experience in an HR Advisor role within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Experience working in a regulated environment (social care experience desirable). Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights. CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) is desirable. Flexibility to travel within the UK when required. Why Join Us?
