Job Overview
Supporting the Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a diverse range of marketing areas. The marketing team develop and implement the marketing strategy for both corporate brand awareness and individual fund offerings via a range of activities such as creating and updating presentation materials and sales brochures, oversight of communications and PR, managing RFP responses, content creation, social media, and website management.
The individual who takes this role will have a hands-on attitude and need to work confidently alongside various internal and external stakeholders including the Distribution team, Portfolio Management, Investment Research, and Compliance, as well as the company Directors and their operating partners.
Responsibilities
* Create and maintain collateral to support the business’s objectives and raise brand awareness. This includes creating pitchbooks, presentations, factsheets, whitepapers, investment reports, brochures, videos etc.
* Working with Adobe products to produce material as well as external agencies to manage the content creation process.
* Website update and development - working with word press, google analytics and third-party web providers
* Develop engaging content such as blog posts, press releases, sales aids etc.
* Content creation for social media channels (linked in)
* Creating and managing email campaigns and monthly newsletter
* Execute integrated marketing plans and campaigns to build brand and/or product awareness
* Assist and run on-line and in person events for the company as required
* Keep on top of developments and regulations in the sustainable finance field and ESG investment industry
Suitable candidates will have:
* A keen interest in corporate sustainability and the role of investment management in driving the transition to a green economy
* At least 2 years of marketing experience within asset management – knowledge of various client segments and fundamental financial concepts
* Strong DTP skills, proficient use of Adobe as well as power-point, word and excel. Knowledge of WordPress desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to write, edit and proofread, fluency in English a must, other languages advantageous.
* Ability to take ownership of projects and work both independently and within a small team
* Experience managing and measuring digital marketing campaigns
