We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Directors and assist across the wider leadership team in a fast-paced, growing business. This is a varied role combining executive support with operational project coordination, ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, variety, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level diary, inbox, and meeting support to Directors
Prepare briefings, reports, and business documents to tight deadlines
Coordinate cross-team projects and internal initiatives
Liaise across departments to track progress and ensure alignment
Support planning for events, exhibitions, and internal communications
Handle confidential information with discretion
Draft professional communications on behalf of Directors
Manage personal appointments, schedules, and expenses when required
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant or PA experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables)
Highly organised with a calm, can-do attitude
Confident with data, detail-focused, and tech-savvy
Comfortable using or learning modern tools, including AI-powered platforms
Friendly, positive, and approachable with a can-do mindset
