We are seeking a passionate Chef who knows how to prepare authentic Levantine and Middle Eastern cuisine. You will be responsible for leading our kitchen, creating new menu items that honor tradition while bringing fresh ideas, and ensuring every dish meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand the restaurant’s menu with authentic Syrian and Levantine dishes.
Prepare traditional recipes with precision and passion, ensuring consistency and flavor authenticity.
Source high-quality ingredients, with a focus on freshness and regional authenticity.
Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen in compliance with health regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
Collaborate with management on seasonal specials and creative promotions.
Proven experience as a chef specializing in Levantine / Middle Eastern cuisine (Lebanese&Syrian cuisine highly preferred).
Deep knowledge of regional cooking techniques, spices, and traditions.
Creative approach to menu development while respecting authentic flavors.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Commitment to excellence in food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
