We're partnering with a forward-thinking public sector organisation in Greater Manchester that's looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to join its expanding IT & Digital function.
This role sits at the strategic heart of the organisation's AI journey. Alongside technical delivery, you'll also shape how AI is identified, governed, prioritised, and embedded across services — ensuring it delivers real, ethical, and measurable value for citizens, staff, and the organisation.
You'll act as a bridge between senior leadership, service owners, data and digital teams — translating ambition into a clear AI roadmap and ensuring initiatives are aligned with organisational priorities, regulatory requirements, and public sector values.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of complex digital transformation initiatives, including AI-driven projects
Own delivery outcomes, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear, deliverable digital solutions
Collaborate with technical teams and suppliers to remove blockers and resolve delivery challenges
Apply agile and modern delivery practices to drive continuous improvement
Analyse and redesign processes to improve efficiency, service quality, and user experience
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
