This role will be primarily supporting a range of colleagues in their use of Health Roster to plan and manage staff rosters across a range of services. This will release time to care for patients and support services with ensure appropriate staffing levels are in place. This is a hands-on role with the expectation that the successful candidate will have a sound knowledge/experience of Health Roster, health roster configuration, development and the deployment of Health Roster in clinical areas. The post holder will be required to work flexibly and assist in many of Locala’s Health Roster functions. This will include supporting deployment of Health Roster Projects, independently working directly with colleagues to improve data quality and governance, reduce inefficient processes and supporting the general administration of Health Roster in Locala.
