Job Description:
Kingston Recruitment are currently recruiting for aWarehouse Operative / Class 2 Driveron behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on warehouse role but also holds avalid Class 2 (Category C) licenceand is happy to undertake driving duties when required.
The role will primarily involve working within the warehouse, withClass 2 driving forming part of the role to support deliveries when needed.
This position would suit a reliable, practical individual who enjoys working in a busy warehouse environment and is comfortable combining warehouse responsibilities with driving duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accurately picking stock within a large stores environment using e-pick systems
2. Loading pallets and goods ready for delivery
3. Unloading containers and correctly storing products
4. Carrying out basic assembly work (including beds, blinds and curtain poles)
5. Conducting physical stock checks
6. Occasional outdoor yard work for loading and unloading
7. Completing occasional deliveries using a Class 2 vehicle
