Required background: Housebuilding We are working alongside one of the UK’s leading Privately owned housebuilders who are experiencing a period of growth and are looking to introduce a Development Coordinator / Planner to come in and focus on both the Planning and Technical Function. With numerous Strategic and Immediate Developments in the pipeline this role offers the opportunity to work alongside a well-respected Planning Director and a knowledgeable Technical Director. It requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CAD is highly desirable and considered essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Planning Director with site research and preparation of planning applications. * Coordinate external consultants and track the progress of planning submissions. * Manage the discharge of planning conditions and oversee related legal agreements. * Stay up to date with UK planning policy and maintain key stakeholder relationships. * Assist the Technical Director with SAP reports and Building Control submissions. * Oversee drawing revisions and ensure effective document control processes are in place.
