The One Group is assisting with the recruitment for a well-known brand with a global reach. They are now looking for a new member to join their operations team.
This role is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent. You will join as an Operations Coordinator.
What your day will look like:
1. Coordinate contracts for the internal sales support team, ensuring good communication with the UK sales team to ensure correct delivery and collection of products to customer sites.
2. Manage fleet administration, liaising with the sales team to ensure compliance with DVLA legislation.
3. Use the company's SAP system to ensure timely and accurate processing of information, updating product details, and ensuring correct customer allocation.
4. Inform external teams of upcoming deliveries ahead of customer visits.
5. Update maintenance reports for internal teams.
6. Log and resolve invoice issues on SAP.
7. Perform general administrative tasks using spreadsheets as needed.
To be part of this great team, you should have office-based customer service or admin experience, ideally with SAP experience, be a great communicator, and have high attention to detail.
