If you are caring, dependable, and ready to contribute to a positive environment where everyone matters, we would love to hear from you.
About you…
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and putting people first? We are looking for someone who is person-centred, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering outstanding support to our guests.
At our core, we value a positive, can-do attitude. We believe in doing things the right way, giving you the time and support to truly make a difference.
About the team…
We want to help our most vulnerable guests to get their lives firmly back on track. That’s why our support workers have the time to get to know everyone they work with. We do what we think should be done, not just what needs to be done. Put simply, we change lives for the better.
We are a small team who works closely together to ensure we provide the best support to our service users. Sometimes the work is challenging, but there is also time for creative solutions, and every day is different.
Key responsibilities…
1. Develop and support a wide range of interesting and socially inclusive activities for people using the service.
2. Implement the policies and procedures of the department and of the individual services/teams.
3. Ensure good communication within the whole Learning Disability service to coordinate and safeguard the service to individuals.
4. Participate in all appropriate training and utilize the skills and knowledge gained to improve services.
5. The service operates seven days a week; shifts may include evenings and weekends to meet service needs.
