YOUR ROLE:
• Lead all hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial results
• Drive commercial strategy to maximise revenue and profitability
• Oversee compliance, safety, sustainability, and operational excellence
• Build a high‑performance culture with strong engagement and accountability
• Build strong relationships with owners, corporate teams, and local partners
Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a General Manager in a comparable hotel environment.
• Commercially focused with a strong track record of delivering results.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
