We are looking for a bright individual with strong knowledge of data analytics apps, ideally you will have experience using at least one of the following: Jet reports, Power BI, Qlikview. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, FMCG industry experience highly beneficial. The purpose of this role is to provide data extraction and analytics services to a wide range of clients both internal and external. The role is positioned within Operations and is also expected to provide planning and business improvement services to customer service, warehouse and purchasing. Salary is up to £35,000 depending on experience. Plus, a range of excellent benefits including generous pension and annual leave entitlement. Key Responsibilities Maintain the monthly order file (including maintenance of safety stock levels for key lines) as the basis for calculating replenishment requirements for stock items Expedite and report on outstanding Purchase Order lines on weekly basis Ensure that all Operations activities are tracked and measured to report on resource utilisation Publish and update the main Operations and wider business dashboards Maintain and publish an up to date price file for all goods which are regularly ordered Deal with all incoming customs clearance documentation and processes Identify and map processes for improvement or automation, design new reports Key Requirements Degree level education with emphasis on analytics/operational research 3yrs experience in an analytical role ideally in an FMCG product based organisation Understand business process, evaluate it and suggest improvements with metrics Exposure to AI as a means of providing improvements across an organisation Be a strong team player Clear and concise communicator Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
