What Youll Do Hunt and nurture talent: source, screen, and engage teaching and support professionals across the UK education sector. Build strong school partnerships: conduct needs discovery, position Connex as the trusted recruitment partner, and deliver bespoke staffing solutions. Drive the full recruitment cycle: interviews, compliance checks, placement negotiation, onboarding, and post placement care. Be a guardian of safeguarding excellence: uphold our partners rigorous vetting standards and ensure every candidate is ready to work safely and compliantly in schools.
