Working with a small team you will work to: Monitor the Accounts Receivable ledger to ensure timely receipt and accurate recording of payments. Conduct proactive credit control by following up with customers on overdue accounts and resolving billing or payment discrepancies. Reconcile customer accounts regularly and prepare detailed AR aging reports for management review. Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing inquiries and provide account statements upon request. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing accurate AR schedules and financial reports. Maintain well-organised and audit-ready records of invoices, receipts, correspondence, and payment activity. Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain payroll records and resolve payroll-related discrepancies in a timely and confidential manner.
