Job Purpose (including but not limited to):
* Install broadband and TV services
* Resolve broadband faults
* Optimize speed in customers' premises on behalf of our clients, including TalkTalk and BT
* Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and related services
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
* Complete all work to the required quality standards as applied by Qube, in line with best practices and client requirements
* Educate customers on installed services, ensuring all services operate to their satisfaction
* Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
* Respond professionally and effectively to customer requests and inquiries
* Continuously develop professional skills through timely training completion
* Comply with company fleet policies
* Follow health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks
* Operate tools safely and in accordance with current environmental regulations
* Ensure compliance with Circet UK Data Protection Policies, the Data Protection Act, and other relevant legislation
