What you'll be doing
* Managing a portfolio of SME and owner‑managed business clients
* Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax submissions
* Acting as the main point of contact for client queries and financial advice
* Building and maintaining strong long‑term client relationships
* Supporting junior team members through mentoring and technical guidance
* Assisting with business development activities and identifying growth opportunities
* Ensuring work is delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines
* Working closely with senior leadership on client strategy and service improvements
What we're looking for
* Previous experience working within practice or professional services
* ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent experience
* Strong technical knowledge across accounts and client management
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively
* Commercial awareness with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
* Experience within the accountancy sector is essential
