* Salary Scale: £85-£115
* Contract Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
* Implement strategies and interventions to support social and emotional development.
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to address specific needs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of behaviour support plans.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous.
* Empathy and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEMH needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
* Willingness to learn about relevant SEMH strategies and interventions.
