About the role Were looking for a confident and collaborative Category Manager to join our Marketing function and help shape the future of snacking across Foodservice and Convenience. In this role, youll develop insight-led category solutions that grow the category and strengthen KP Snacks physical availability. Youll bring the voice of the customer into our business, championing shopper needs and guiding our decision-making. Youll work closely with colleagues across Category, Sales and Marketing to deliver strategic category plans, embed our Impulse Category Vision and support the development of customer-facing materials. Proactively lead customer category partnerships Build strong, trusted relationships across customer teams and provide best-in-class category insight, reporting and recommendations Proactively drive our Foodservice category agenda Shape strategic priorities, share internal and external insights and own the creation and delivery of our Foodservice and Convenience guides Embed customer insight across KP Snacks Bring customer learnings into our commercial cycle, support cross-functional teams and help Sales access and use category data confidently Manage multiple data sources to create clear category stories Become an expert user of key insight platforms and be able to own and deliver the insight for internal and external stakeholders Support strategic commercial projects In 2026, champion the Impulse customer within the Nuts Commercial Project, contributing to key growth initiatives and customer sell-ins Who are we?
