Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Market Intelligence Team
Are you an experienced data analyst with a passion for Adult Social Care who is organised, supportive and able to thrive in a busy environment? The Market Intelligence Team invites your application.
Responsibilities
* Analyse and report on a wide range of data and information related to the independent care market in East Sussex.
* Collate, interpret and disseminate a diverse range of complex data and information related to the independent sector and supply‑management activities, adding value and generating meaningful insight.
* Manage the time‑critical monitoring of home‑care call data, communicate and negotiate with providers to reconcile and improve the accuracy of data.
* Support providers to encourage long‑term behaviour change.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience of using Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
* Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
* Excellent data visualisation and report‑building skills.
* Effective communication with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner.
* A supportive and positive team player.
