Supporting people in their daily lives is varied and could include helping someone develop new skills, providing personal and emotional support, helping people plan and manage their own home, support with leisure, employment, individual interests, and travel. This can be a fun and rewarding but also at times challenging and demanding role. You maybe be supporting people in their own home or out and about in their community.

Who are we looking for?
5. No previous experience or qualifications required as full training will be provided, however, unless specified otherwise
6. You must be comfortable with lone working & supporting individuals with Mental Health Needs

9. Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
